To proceed with a return, please take note of the following information:

- The products must be in their original or new-like condition, including all original labels, tags, and packaging.

- Please contact us via the contact form for the refund form here, once filled, attach it to your return package and ship the product to the return address.

- The returned goods should not show any signs of use.

- Please include your order number with the return.

- If the products are damaged, please provide photo or video documentation showing the issue.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days of processing your return.

Cancellation of orders

It is only possible to cancel your order 30 minutes after placing it. After 30 minutes, our orders are in processing and after that it is sadly no longer possible to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@velicci.com after you have placed your order.

Returns are always at the risk of the sender and the return costs will not be refunded.
