Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, you will need to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. You will also need to fill out a return form that will be sent to you via email at the following address: support@velicci.com. This form must be completed, printed, and included with your package. Failure to meet these conditions will result in our inability to process your refund.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please be advised that shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@harper-heights.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@harper-heights.com.

Gifts If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
